Each
panel face is assembled of an even number of veneer leaves of
uniform width before edge trimming. Thus, there is a veneer joint |
|
in the center of the panel,
producing horizontal symmetry. A small amount |
|
of figure is lost in the process. Considered to be the most
pleasing assembly at a modest increase in cost over Balance Match.
Balance and Center Matched panels are always sequence matched and
numbered. In addition to Running Match, Balance Match and Balance
and Center Matched panels can furnish all custom architectural
hardwood plywood panels including Blueprint Matched Panels and
Components, End Matched panels and Fire Rated panels. |

Blueprint-Matched panel components. This method of panel matching
achieves maximum grain continuity since all panels, doors and the
veneer components are made to the exact sizes required and in the
exact veneer sequence. This method of veneer matching requires
careful site coordination and relatively long lead times. Panels
can not be manufactured until site conditions
can be accurately measured and detailed. |
