Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding's new CMDC's (Central Manufacturing  & Distribution Centers) are the HEART of Hogan's moulding/manufacturing

 operations and transfer truck system.

Our CMDC's are located in Ruston, Louisiana and Little Rock, Arkansas, and combined, are over 48 acres with almost five acres of enclosed buildings. The CMDC's are headquarters for our moulding facilities, plus the purchase large blocks of lumber and sheet stock brought in by rail. The Ruston CMDC can accommodate six railcars inside the building... all at the same time.

We operate 13 moulders, 10 planers, 8 gang-rip saws, 8 straight-line saws, 15 automatic feeds and returns for moulders and gang-rip saws, a wide belt sander, a profile sander, a double-end tenoner and an optimizing chop saw. Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding's unique

transfer truck system provides regular, scheduled deliveries from the CMDC's to all

Hogan distribution yards. Deliveries include all custom and stock mouldings, and by utilizing the CMDC's large inventory of lumber and sheet stock, we provide prompt re-supply of inventory shortages to all Hogan distribution locations. In addition, our transfer truck system provides quick service, and it allows us to transfer a product at one Hogan location to another Hogan location with a matter of days rather than weeks.
