Product Guarantee

Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding selects suppliers for quality, value, and service. We feel this is our responsibility to our customers; therefore, all of our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed Nationally Accepted Standards.

Ordering Information

Please call us TOLL FREE and speak to one of our knowledgeable sales people. When calling please tell the receptionist what product you need help with. This will put you in touch with a specialist for that product. SEE TOLL FREE NUMBERS under our Locations List.

Minimum Delivery

For delivery on Hogan company trucks we request a $300 minimum order. Orders under $300 will be subject to freight and handling charges. Free deliveries must be in Hogan delivery zones.

Payment Terms/Cash Discounts

On accounts with available approved credit, payment is due 30 days from invoice date. A 1% cash discounts is available if paid by the 10th day after invoiced. Discounts are not allowed on sales tax, delivery charges and millwork services (S2S, SLRIE, Multi-rip, resaw, sanding, etc.

Hogan Hardwoods does not extend credit terms beyond 30 days. A Service Charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all balances past due.

Payment by Credit Card

Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

COD Accounts

All COD accounts are required to complete a Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding COD application form.

Special Orders

Items of special nature, size, thickness and custom millwork are considered Special Orders. Hogan Hardwoods & Moulding reserves the right to require advance payments on Special Orders.
